My stay at this resort was disappointing overall. The rooms felt dated and not very clean, especially the flooring, which detracted from the overall experience. The amenities were decent, and the location was serene amongst beautiful trees, but the cleanliness issues and lackluster service really put a damper on things.

Rooms

The rooms were quite tired and could definitely use a renovation. The flooring was dirty, which made it uncomfortable to walk around.
Service

Service was disorganized and slow. My experience at check-in was frustrating and problematic.

Our stay at the resort was mixed. The rooms, while spacious, felt quite outdated and lacked proper cleanliness. The service was a highlight, with friendly staff going out of their way to accommodate us. The location was appealing, being close to attractions yet in a quieter area. Dining options were enjoyable but came at a high price, which was a drawback.

Rooms
5.0
The accommodations were spacious but not well-maintained; cleanliness was an issue with dusty furniture and uncomfortable beds.
Service

The staff were fantastic and really went out of their way for us, especially with dietary requests.
Location

My recent stay didn’t quite meet my expectations, as the apartment was very run down and didn’t match the pictures online. While the wildlife around the resort was delightful and the pools were a great bonus, the overall cleanliness and condition of the accommodation left much to be desired, especially considering the price. It's somewhat of a mixed bag—definitely not the luxurious experience I had hoped for but with a beautiful external environment.

Rooms
5.0
The apartment was in a terrible condition, needing renovations and a thorough clean. Issues included broken fly screens, mould in the bathrooms, and dirty walls, which made it feel very unwelcoming.
Service
5.0
I encountered a lack of assistance due to poorly organized management; my booking was hard to find, creating an unpleasant start to my trip.
Location
7.0
The location was nice, set in tranquil bushland, but access to pools and the main resort facilities was a bit of a trek.

The resort boasts great facilities like multiple pools and gym options, which was a fantastic touch. However, the experience was overshadowed by the apartment's poor condition.

The resort is set in a lovely bushland area with abundant wildlife, making it a relaxing spot for families. The bungalows are basic but clean and comfortable, with options for self-catering. However, the dining experience fell short due to limited options and additional unexpected charges. Overall, it's a great choice for a family getaway with plenty of onsite activities, though the location requires a short drive into Cowes for shopping.

Rooms

We stayed in a two-bedroom bungalow that was clean with comfy beds and a decent kitchen, although it could use some extra seating like a couch for comfort.
Service
8.0
The service we received was fantastic, especially at check-in and checkout. However, communication about maintenance issues could improve, as we weren't informed until check-out.
Location
7.0
The resort's bushland setting provided a private and peaceful atmosphere, though it's a bit away from the main shops in Cowes, requiring a drive.
Dining
5.0
The restaurant offered decent food, but we found the pricing and limited variety to be disappointing, especially with hidden extra costs.
Facilities

The facilities were great for families, with access to multiple pools and a games room, providing a variety of activities for children.

I stayed in a 2-bedroom cottage that was generally clean and tidy, but it had some security issues with the sliding doors. The facilities were good, with a fun games room and a lovely table tennis area, but don't forget to bring your own game equipment. The dining experience was top-notch, with delicious food despite slightly high prices. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay but the cottage could use some modern updates and better security features.

Rooms
6.0
The cottage was clean and offered a decent amount of space, but it needs modern updates and better security on the doors.
Service
8.0
The staff provided good service, especially when I called for a late check-out, which was kindly accommodated.
Location
9.0
The resort is located close to Cowes town center, making it easy to explore the area and attractions.
Dining
9.0
The restaurant served delicious food, with standout dishes like the braised cola pork ribs.
Facilities

The amenities included a games room and a fun spa, but remember to bring your own towels.
